The terms of use for the service. They will contain:
- The plans, what each includes, and the monthly session allowance
- Subscriptions: renewal, cancellation, what happens to your data after cancelling
- Credit packs: validity of 12 months, refunds
- For business use only: the customer is the company named at sign-up
- Reference clause: we may name a customer company and show its logo as a reference; the customer can object at any time
- Use of customer data to improve the service only with explicit consent
- Liability, governing law
